Is my swap suitable?
Starting prices apply to straightforward natural-gas combi-to-combi swaps in the same position, with suitable existing pipework, straightforward access and a standard horizontal flue. Photos or a survey confirm suitability. Relocations, conversions, extended or vertical flues, gas-pipe upgrades, remedial work and any additional cleaning needed are quoted separately before you agree to proceed.
Gas supply and other checks
The existing gas supply must be suitable for the chosen boiler and other connected gas appliances. Adam checks the pipe sizing and supply requirements, heating and hot-water needs, flue, condensate route, controls, space and access. Matching the old boiler’s kW rating alone does not confirm a suitable swap. Any gas-pipe upgrade or other remedial work needed is explained and priced in the written quotation before you agree to proceed.
Starting prices are subject to suitability checks and the agreed specification. Any necessary additional work is included in your final fixed quotation before booking.

Can you replace a Vaillant, Ideal or Worcester Bosch boiler?
Yes. Adam can advise on replacing an existing Vaillant, Ideal or Worcester Bosch boiler. Your new boiler does not have to be the same brand as the old one. The recommendation considers your heating and hot-water needs, the existing system, available space and budget, with any changes to the installation explained in your written quotation.
