Website enquiry attribution

Attribution information updated 7 October 2026.

If you allow both statistics and marketing storage, we use a first-party local-storage item named asp_lead_attribution to help link a later enquiry to the website visit that brought you here. It may contain advertising click identifiers, campaign tags, the original landing page and referring page. This helps us distinguish advertising, referral and other website enquiries across visits, including when a boiler enquiry is made later.

Attribution expires after 90 days from capture; a new tagged visit starts a new capture. Expired evidence is not used. Withdrawing either permission clears this item when our website tracking runs. You can change your choice using the consent controls below or clear your browser’s website data. If you decline, our custom attribution storage and contact-click tracking do not run. You can still call, email, WhatsApp or submit an enquiry.

When you enquire, any permitted source evidence may be sent to our enquiry-management system alongside the details you provide. With permission, an email link to our business inbox may add this evidence to your draft; you can remove it before sending. Opening a phone, email or WhatsApp link does not establish that a conversation took place. Some enquiry sources cannot be established, including where tracking is declined or the source evidence is missing. The 90-day period above applies to this browser attribution item, not to the retention of your enquiry or customer records.
